Tim is one of the founding members of the team and its Captain. Rick took over the captain duties for the 2001 season to let Tim concentrate on being the President of the BQPL. At that time the league was rapidly expanding and required constant attention to make sure the BQPL grew further than what Tim and Rick first envisioned. Tim gave up the position of president of the BQPL in 2002 and came back to his captain role to place all of his efforts into Rampage.

Tims paintball experience dates back to 1991 were he played his first game armed with a 12 gram Nelspot and 30 rounds of paint. The face protection then consisted of just a set of chemical goggles. Although the equipment sounds archaic to todays standards, the paintball bug still bit Tim bad. He pasted through various gear changes over the years ranging from 12-gram pumps, constant air pumps, semis and the electro set-up you see today. Rec-ball was definitely what drew him to the sport originally but it was tournament ball that is his true desire.
After a few years of being on some "rec teams" that enjoyed getting together for typical Saturday fun Tim was looking for more and in 1997 finally hit the tournament scene. Tim and Rick formed "Team Adrenalin" that year with the desire to play a more intense game. In 1998 that led him to the SkyDome in Toronto, Canada for the premier of the largest indoor tournament in the world, Skyball. The experience of that tourney alone helped spur Tim on. With paintball evolving swiftly, some of Adrenalin couldnt keep up and disbanded. Tim was searching for a team to join at this point and found it in Doom, a Kingston/Brockville based group. He finished off the Golden Triangle Series (GT) that year with them and was asked to come back in 1999 when they reformed under the new name of Roadblock. They had a really successful year in GT finishing 2nd overall for the season. That however was the last year for 5-man GT and when it converted to 3-man for 2000, the Kingston players went to "Posse" and Rampage was born.
Tim originally played right up front in the thick of it but has since moved back to be a mid/insert player to help coordinate the hot shots on the team. When asked what his strength is as a player, Tim says "Im patient". He maintains his focus even when hes the last man on the field wearing a Rampage jersey. More than once Tim has sent the remaining opposition to the dead box even when they had a 2 (or even 3) to 1 advantage over him. "Gotta keep it together and close it out...let them make the mistakes" says Tim.
